A. The Client has the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.
B. The Contractor is agreeable to providing such service to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
Services provided
1. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide with following services ( the " Services"):Title of art work. Example: I. Aivazovsky " Fishermen on the coast by the sea", 1852, oil reproduction.
Media: Oil on canvas Size: 50 x 70 cm / 20 inch x 28 inch.
Work timing depends on the art work: small 1-2 weeks, medium painting 3-4 weeks, which includes drying and varnishing.
NOTE. The timing can be increased or decreased by mutual agreement by both parties.
Art work Painting Style Guarantee: The artist ( Contractor) is assures to make every effort to replicate the style, size, and colours of the original artwork as closely as possible to the original.
Partial Pre-payment / Full Payment
4. The Contractor has charged the Client 100% pre-payment for the Services:
•Painting work: Full price por painting process, £
•Framing if it required
•Shipping with protection included.
The payment as stated in this Agreement does includes Value Added Tax UK.
The Client will be invoiced when the Services are complete which will be submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due within 30 days of receipt.
Confidentiality
Information refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, that is reasonably considered private, will be used solely for the purposes of this agreement and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Free returns for art lovers

Need to return a piece of art that isn’t quite right?
Well, we’ve got some good news for you! Request to return the artwork within 30 days of arrival and you won’t need to fret about any pesky return costs. We’ll also refund the artwork value and shipping costs (except protection fee) once the artwork has been picked up from your home. Simple as that!

The Artist had a right to Intellectual Property which will not be restricted in any manner.

Refund vs. replacement. If you requested a refund of the artwork, we will process it within one working day after it leaves your hot little hands. And, we know it can be hard to make up your mind on the perfect piece of art, but no frets! Simply message the artist within the 30-day returns period to discuss a possible replacement. If the artist can accommodate and you’ve filled out the return request, our team will be in touch!
Term of Agreement
The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this Agreement.

HOW I DO LEONARDO DA VINCI REPRODUCTIONS

Here's an overview of the steps typically involved in such a project:
1. Selection of the Artwork. I choose carefully the Leonardo Da Vinci painting to be reproduced from museum and a specialized sources. Some of his most famous works include: Mona Lisa ( Italian: la Gioconda), Madonna Litta, Lady with an Ermine, Salvator mundi.
2. Gathering References. I analyze a high-resolution images of the original artwork from various angles and lighting conditions. Art books, museum archives, and online databases are valuable resources.
3. Materials and Tools Canvas: High-quality linen or cotton canvas, primed for oil painting. Oil Paints: Professional-grade oil paints to match the color palette used by Da Vinci. Brushes: A range of fine brushes for detailed work. Palette: For mixing colors. Easel: For supporting the canvas while painting. Mediums and Solvents: For mixing with oil paints and cleaning brushes.
4. Preparing the Canvas Stretch the canvas on a frame and apply a gesso primer to ensure a smooth and stable surface.
