Here my jorney began

“About 18 years ago, when my nuclear medicine career came to an abrupt end due to
the discovery of breast cancer, I suddenly realized: life is too short. The moment has come to start doing what you have dreamed of all your life - to become an artist. Since then, I wake up every day absolutely happy, because I know that my paints and my paintings are waiting for me in my small workshop. I paint everything: landscapes, flowers, portraits, and abstract paintings. By and large, it doesn’t matter to me what to paint, I just take a brush, dip it in paint and start to soar! I always try to work in a good mood, invariably following the saying:
"Paint what you love, and love what you paint!" Since I am an artist, every day is too short for me. Therefore, I took up yoga, which helps me sleep much less and work without getting tired.
Today I am a full-time artist, and I am a very happy woman because art makes everybody happier. I sincerely wish that my paintings bring joy and happiness to everyone!”
Artist Biography
I did not graduate from an art academy. My formation as an artist was determined by 3 countries where I spent most of my life, working as a physicist. My Motherland Russia became my first source of inspiration for painting and a real passion. The classical landscape was further enriched after visiting Spain, and then Great Britain, countries with a special colorful wealth, where the main subject is the sea.
As a scientist, I approach painting as a science, and constantly study its immutable laws. My deep research of each style deepened my experience and hones my skills. The result was my reproductions of Aivazovsky, Monet, Van Gogh, as well as works in the Dutch style.
To understand the laws of optical mixing of shades of the old masters of the Renaissance, I created several reproductions of Leonardo da Vinci. One way or another, our academy is life itself. It teaches us to feel, and brushes and paints allow us to express these feelings. To be a real artist, you need to follow the main law: paint what you love and love what you paint.
